A post in black.

So first off – got a letter dated 7/25/19 that the re certification is coming soon. And that my documentation is due 9/27/19 but they never sent me anything other than that letter. “In about 2 months, look for another communication from us”….and here it is, 9/18/19 and I have received nothing. 

So, in the future, I need to do this on my own in August. Every August. Because they won’t do it. I had to call them at 1-800-699-2908. Spoke to Mason (Employee #617723) at 2:49 p.m. but he answered at 2:57 p.m.  He said I needed to get this into them soon. I have until the 27^th of this month. He told me to fix section #1 on the form and I need a tax info form from 2018. Called ended at 3p.m. 

None of this is Mason's fault, it's just his job to answer the phone. But FedLoan doesn't give me the time I need to get things together before they spring that $900/month bill on me because I didn't get the paperwork in on time that THEY NEVER SENT ME.

*sigh*
